What it brings you

Pre-qualified enquiries, with the problem already mapped out

You receive enquiries from SMEs in the region where I have sat at the table myself. The bottleneck has been explored, the urgency is clear and the owner knows an investment is involved.

No cold leads. No enquiry sold on to five parties at once. A maximum of two parties see the same situation, and only with the owner's permission.

One partner per specialism, so you never have to compete with your own equivalent.

The collaboration

Set out in writing, clear in advance

We work with a written referral agreement. It states exactly what the fee is and when it lapses.

Fee

10 to 15 per cent

Referral fee on the first assignment. For ongoing services 5 to 10 per cent, with a maximum of twelve months.

Payment

Two instalments

Half on signature of the assignment, half on the client's first payment. No payment in advance.

Exclusivity

One partner per specialism

I take on one fixed partner per specialism. So you are not competing with a comparable agency inside the same network.

Two references

At least two references from comparable SME clients. I want to be able to verify that you have solved this before.

A clear price indication

A guide price I am allowed to mention in the first conversation. No figures that only surface after three meetings.

A first meeting within ten working days

A business owner with a bottleneck does not want to wait six weeks for a slot in the diary.

GDPR in order

Data processing agreements and security arranged, so that I can pass on details with peace of mind.
