Privacy statement

In plain language: which details I ask for, what I use them for and what you can have deleted.

Who processes your details

Mickup, sole trader in formation, Blauwehandstraat 16, 4611 RL Bergen op Zoom. Phone +31 6 17 39 54 00. Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number to follow. VAT ID to follow.

Which details I collect

  • Your name and company name.
  • Your phone number.
  • The sector you select.
  • The description you write yourself about what you are running into.
  • Anything you tell me in addition during a phone call, a WhatsApp message or a growth call.

I do not ask for details I do not need. There are no tracking cookies or advertising pixels on this website.

The form runs via WhatsApp

This website has no server that stores your details. As soon as you submit the contact form, WhatsApp opens with the details you entered in a message. You send that message yourself. This means those details travel via WhatsApp, part of Meta, and WhatsApp's terms apply as well. Would you rather not? Then simply call +31 6 17 39 54 00.

What I use the details for

  • Contacting you about your enquiry.
  • Pinpointing your bottleneck in a growth call.
  • Finding a suitable specialist in my network.

Sharing with specialists

I share your situation with a specialist only after you have given explicit permission, and with no more than two parties. I do not sell your details and I do not put them on a list that is resold to several agencies.

How long I keep details

Enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration are kept for a maximum of twelve months, after which I delete them. If an assignment follows, I keep the details for as long as the file requires and for the statutory seven-year record-keeping obligation.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for access to your details, for correction or for deletion. Call or send a message to +31 6 17 39 54 00 and I will arrange it. If you are not satisfied with how I handle your details, you can lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (the Dutch data protection authority).

Security

I keep enquiries in a password-protected environment and do not share them more widely than necessary. This website is served over an encrypted connection.

Changes

As soon as the Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number, the VAT ID and the email address are known, Mickup will add them to this statement. This version dates from August 2026.
